I do the kind of work that doesn't fit neatly on a business card. Spinal energetics is where most people start with me, but I'll also get you in a sound bath, run a card reading, sage your whole house, or just sit with you while your nervous system finally exhales. I built this because the wellness world is either fluffy affirmations or clinical detachment, and neither one actually helps you when you're in it.
