About Jamie

I got sober in December of 2021. Almost five years ago now. That's the year the noise in my head finally went quiet enough for me to hear anything else underneath it.
The weight came off after that too, about 70 pounds of it, some from cutting the booze and the garbage food that came with it, some from peptides back before everyone and their mother was talking about them. But the number on the scale was never really the point. The point was the quiet. No more static. And once I had it, peace became the most precious thing I owned. The one thing I was never going to gamble again.
Here's the part that still gets me. I grew up in a house that was the opposite of peaceful, so for most of my life I thought inner peace was actual bullshit. A nice idea for people with easier lives than mine. Then I found it, and I understood fast that I would burn down almost anything before I'd risk losing it again. That's when helping other people find their version of it stopped being optional. It just became the thing I do now.
Here's what people don't expect about me. I'm woo woo, sure, but I'm also a massive skeptic. I don't believe in something just because it sounds nice or feels good in the moment. You have to prove it to me. Spinal energetics did. It's undeniable, and that's exactly why I'm obsessed with it in a way I haven't been obsessed with anything else. I've traveled all over the world chasing this education, still studying constantly, still hunting down new modalities and certifications, because my people deserve every tool I can put in my bag, not just the one I found first.
Here's what I know now that I didn't back then. We're not built to regulate our own nervous systems the way animals are. Watch an animal almost get hit by a car. It clears the danger, shakes it off right there in the street, and keeps moving. We don't do that. We just store it. Every near miss, every fight, every year of white knuckling gets tucked into the body and left there to rot.
Spinal energetics is how we finally let it move.
I also believe, unless something outside of you is actively poisoning you, most of what we call disease we built ourselves. And if we built it, we're powerful enough to build our way back out of it. We just have to actually want to.
You don't need to have hit some dramatic rock bottom to deserve this work. You just need to be done carrying what isn't yours to carry anymore. That's the only qualification.
xx Jamie
A Little More About Glow and Peace
Glow and Peace is a holistic healing practice built around one idea: your body already knows how to come back to peace, it just needs the right nudge.
Spinal Energetics is the anchor, but the toolkit also includes sound baths, breathwork, oracle and angel card readings, private aura readings, custom meditations, and spiritual coaching, plus events and workshops for anyone who wants healing to feel like a gathering instead of an appointment.
Every session is built around the same goal: helping your nervous system finally exhale.
