Client Agreement

Glow and Peace LLC

Thank you for choosing Glow and Peace LLC. Please read and sign below before your session.

 

 

What You Can Expect

I offer a variety of holistic services including Reiki, sound baths (including floating sound baths), quantum healing, breathwork, aromatherapy, IET, spinal energetics, yoga, meditations, workshops, events, card readings, and coaching. Sessions may be held in person or virtually.

These practices are complementary healing arts — they are not medical treatment or therapy and should not replace care from a licensed doctor or mental health professional.

 

 

Your Responsibility

  • You confirm that you are 18 or older, or that a parent/guardian has provided consent if under 18.

  • You affirm that you are mentally, emotionally, and physically capable of participating.

  • If you have a serious mental health condition such as schizophrenia or DID, services cannot be provided.

  • You understand sessions may bring emotional or physical release, and you take full responsibility for your well-being.

 

 

Cancellations & Payments

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.

  • Deposits are non-refundable, but may be applied toward rescheduling within policy.

  • Full payment is required before the session begins.

  • I accept Cash, PayPal, Venmo, Klarna, Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, and Android Wallet.

 

 

Boundaries & Privacy

  • I reserve the right to refuse service if needed.

  • All personal information shared will remain confidential, unless required by law.

  • Recording or photographing sessions is not permitted without my written consent.

 

 

Agreement

By signing, you agree to hold Glow and Peace LLC harmless for any outcomes related to your session and acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your own healing journey.
