Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel aligned with your purchase. Please review our return guidelines:

  • Eligibility: Returns are only accepted for unused products in their original packaging. Jewelry, crystals, and other products must be unworn/unused to qualify. Custom items are final sale and not eligible for return.

  • Condition: Products that have been opened, used, worn, or damaged by the customer cannot be returned.

  • Reason for Return: A valid reason must be provided when requesting a return.

  • Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Resolution: Approved returns will receive store credit only. Refunds to the original payment method are not offered.

 

 

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photo evidence of the product and packaging.

  • Once verified, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
