Welcome to Glow and Peace LLC. By booking or participating in any session, class, or event with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

 

 

Our Services

We offer a variety of holistic and energy-based practices, including but not limited to:

  • Quantum Healing

  • Reiki

  • Sound Baths & Floating Sound Baths

  • Breathwork

  • Coaching

  • Aromatherapy

  • Integrated Energy Therapy (IET)

  • Spinal Energetics

  • Guided Meditations & Yoga

  • Workshops & Events

  • Card Readings

  • In-person & Virtual Sessions

Important Note: These services are complementary wellness practices. They are not medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment, and should never replace care from a licensed healthcare professional.

 

 

Client Responsibilities

When booking with Glow and Peace LLC, you agree that:

  • You are 18 years or older, or have parental/guardian consent if under 18.

  • You are mentally, emotionally, and physically capable of participating in sessions.

  • Individuals with certain severe psychiatric conditions (including schizophrenia or dissociative identity disorder) are not eligible for services.

  • You will not discontinue or alter prescribed medical care without consulting your licensed provider.

 

 

Cancellations & Payments

  • 24-hour notice is required for cancellations to receive a refund or reschedule credit.

  • Deposits are non-refundable, but may be applied to future scheduling if cancellation is made within policy.

  • All remaining balances must be paid in full before the session begins.

  • Accepted payment methods: Cash, PayPal, Venmo, Klarna, Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, and Android Wallet.

  • Glow and Peace LLC reserves the right to refuse service for any reason, including but not limited to disruptive behavior or unsafe conduct.

 

 

Liability & Consent

By booking, you understand and agree that:

  • Sessions may bring about emotional or physical release, but no specific outcome is guaranteed.

  • You are fully responsible for your own health, choices, and well-being.

  • Glow and Peace LLC and its practitioners are not liable for any injury, loss, or damages connected to your participation.

  • You agree to hold Glow and Peace LLC harmless from any claims or disputes arising from your participation.

 

 

Privacy & Confidentiality

  • All client information is kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.

  • Session photos, recordings, or testimonials will only be shared with your written consent.

  • Clients may not record or photograph sessions without permission.

 

 

Intellectual Property

All meditations, workbooks, recordings, class materials, and written content provided by Glow and Peace LLC are protected as intellectual property. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute these materials without express written permission.

 

 

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New York and the United States of America.

 

 

Affirmation

By booking a session, you affirm:
“I understand that Glow and Peace LLC offers holistic and complementary services, not medical treatment. I accept full responsibility for my well-being and agree to these Terms of Service.”
